So, here's the blog for us to post stuff and critique it :) I suggest we place Tags on each post to find them quickly later (notice the "Week 01" page. Just add the Tag "week 1" to your post, and it'll appear there).
I completed the first version of this week's animation. Check it out here! It's in a handy dandy QT file so you can scrub it and leave detailed notes :)
Took me about 2.5 hours to figure it all out. The reference made it SUPER easy to understand.

I exaggerated the posing a bit more, and improved the timing.

My fixed animation (version 003) based on Pete's notes from version 002!

Pete's notes (for version 002):
1 Is there any way to tilt the chest up in the first pose so the overall line of action is a little more elegant? Right now the back of the spine where it connects to the neck dips down and it would be nice to have a smooth pose across that section.
2 There is a bit of a pop in the spacing of the front right leg between frames 2 and 3 and you can push the over arc more at frame 3. So that foot is tranlating up little bit higher in that passing pose.
3 The pelvis comes up a bit to hight at frame 3 and 4.
4. There is a bit of a pop in the back legs at frame 3 to 4 as well. The back foot comes forward too fast at frame.
5. I like the head motion but the up and down is too much. Try reducing that by half and see what you get.
6. Also, try reducing the tail up and down by a half as well.
